Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To ensure the highest level of service for all clients, we ask for advance notice for any appointment changes.

  • Rescheduling: Appointments rescheduled within 24–48 hours of the scheduled time will incur a $25 fee.

  • Cancellations: Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to a $45 fee.

  • Refunds: Full or partial refunds are considered only in extenuating circumstances, such as the death of an immediate family member or a life-threatening illness. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and require verification from a licensed Medical Doctor (MD) provided to Polaris Integrative Therapy LLC.
